Field salaries for teaching faculty fall within the 75-100 percentile compared to other independent schools of comparable enrollment size in the Washington, DC, metro area. Teacher salaries are determined by experience and number of years teaching, professional growth and development, references, and education level attained. Staff salaries are based on qualifications and comparable professional pay standards for similar positions in the DMV.
