Congratulations to Jirah '24 who was honored last week in the 42nd Annual Congressional Art Competition. Her photograph "Fiesta at Five" was awarded third place among the entries from DC high school students in Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton's district. Her photo will hang in the Congresswoman's office for a year!!
