Happy Friday, Everyone! This week we are highlighting our wonderful Assistant Athletic Director, Darieal Wimbley. Darieal wears many hats at Field, including P.E. Teacher, Head Varsity Basketball Coach, Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach, and Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach. Darieal grew up in Alabama and attended Howard University. Who inspires you and why?
My family, and the students I teach and coach inspire me! They are a constant reminder of why my work matters.
If you could share one piece of advice with your younger self, what would it be?
Be unapologetically YOU.
What do you love most about Field?
I love the community and working with my colleagues, especially the athletics department!
