Today’s Senior Spotlight is Callum! Callum is heading to Lehigh University in Pennsylvania this Fall to study mechanical engineering. He came to Field in 9th grade and says he chose this school because of the small class sizes and the interesting classes. You’ll often find him working on something in our Innovation and Design Lab (IDL). Keep reading to learn more about Callum’s Field Experience and what he will miss most about the School.

 

What major or subject area are you planning to pursue in college?

Mechanical Engineering

Why did you choose to attend The Field School?

The small class sizes and interesting classes.

What grade level did you enter at Field?

9th

What has been your favorite class at Field and why?

Engineering because I like that type of work and I have a lot of friends in it.

What sports/clubs did you take part in at Field?

  • Soccer
  • Baseball

What is your favorite memory from your time at Field?

The Senior Retreat

What will you miss most about Field?

Being able to hang out with all of my friends regularly.

How did Field prepare you for your next chapter?

It has given me opportunities to make connections with people in the real world through internships.
