We miss our seniors but we still have more Senior Spotlights! Meet Lizzie! Lizzie came to Field in 9th grade and she is heading to Tulane University to major in legal studies and business. During her time at Field Lizzie was very involved in music, Feminism Club, and Model UN. She also managed the Boys Varsity Baseball Team for three years. Keep reading to find out what she will miss most about Field.

Why did you choose to attend The Field School?
I knew Field could give me the freedom to study topics I know I'm passionate about, while also helping me branch out with my learning.
What has been your favorite class at Field and why?
History and Politics Through Film: this class intersects two of my passions and I always looked forward to discussing the films we watched and concepts we covered.
What sports/clubs did you take part in at Field?
I was part of Music Selective, Feminism Club, and Model UN, and this was my third year managing the baseball team.
What is your favorite memory from your time at Field?
Winning the semifinal baseball last year. Even though we lost the final, the joy I was surrounded by when we beat JDS to make it to the final round was unmatched, and I will never forget it.
What will you miss most about Field?
I will miss knowing everyone and being able to see friends everywhere I turn, as well as the teachers who know how to help me learn in my own way.
What is your advice for future Field seniors?
Use your resources. You never have to work on anything by yourself, whether it's schoolwork, college applications, or any personal problems, someone or something will always be there to help you.
How did Field prepare you for your next chapter?
Field helped me build my skills for critical thinking, analysis, and problem solving in everyday life, in and outside of the classroom.
